This policy explains what information MARAPACK SERVICES LLC ("MaraPack," "we," "us") collects through marapackservices.com, what we do with it and the choices you have. Our site is for businesses that buy, run and maintain labeling and coding equipment.
Information you give us
When you send a request through our contact or equipment audit form, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), the state where the equipment is, what you need and anything you write about your line. We also receive what you tell us by phone or email.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser type. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
- Hosting and security. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses and request details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels on this site.
How we use it
- To answer your request, prepare quotes, schedule audits, service and repairs, and follow up by phone or email.
- To keep a record of our conversations and work with your business.
- To send occasional business communications about our equipment and services. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To run, secure and improve the site.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run our business systems for us: our customer relationship management system, email, website hosting and analytics, and the marketing firm that operates them on our behalf. We share it with them so they can provide those services to us; their own terms and privacy policies also apply.
- Partners outside our service area. Our field team covers Washington, Oregon and Northern California. If your equipment is somewhere else, we may pass your contact details and request to a distributor or service partner who covers your area so they can help you, and that partner may compensate us for the referral. If you do not want your request shared, say so in your message or contact us and we will not pass it on.
- When required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
We do not sell information to data brokers or list sellers.
How long we keep it
We keep business contact information for as long as we have, or may have, a working relationship with your company, and as long as we need it for our records, taxes and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Call or write to us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law; we will honor requests made under those laws where they apply to us.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS and form submissions travel encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
